Europe Day Finland | Helsinki & Tampere

Europe Day is an annual public celebration held in a different Finnish city each year, bringing together citizens, organizations, and performers to celebrate European cooperation and culture. I had the opportunity to contribute to the event for two consecutive years, supporting productions in both Helsinki and Tampere.

Working within the event's established visual identity guidelines, I designed a range of graphic materials, including the main stage banner, presenter cue cards, and the official event programme poster. My goal was to create clear, cohesive, and professional visual assets that supported the event's identity across both print and stage environments.

During both events, I also worked as Stage Manager, coordinating performers and speakers behind the scenes. I was responsible for welcoming artists, managing stage schedules, and ensuring every performance and presentation ran smoothly and on time. This role required strong organisational skills, clear communication, and the ability to perform under pressure in a live event environment.

The project highlights my ability to combine visual design with live event production, ensuring both the audience experience and behind-the-scenes operations were executed seamlessly.
